3D-Fitness by Andy Baylis, is a Functional Strength & Fitness service designed for social sport enthusiasts!

Whether you're training to support your Park Run, Team Sport, or Adventure Pursuit, 3D-Fitness can help you to play stronger for longer, whilst recovering quicker and staying injury free!

Exercise and Nutrition is about taking care of your body and feeling good physically and mentally. 3D-Fitness achieves this through a minimalist approach utilising time efficient methods and simple but effective nutrition strategies.

3D-Fitness clients don't want to be all show and no go! They not only want to look the part, but also want more energy, a strong body, and to move freely without pain. This is achieved through customised training and nutrition alongside expert coaching and support.

With an MSc in Sport & Exercise Science and 15+ years experience in elite sport and emergency services, you can rely on Andy and 3D-Fitness!
